OVERVIEW

As I will be coming into your home to groom your dog I will need the following.

  • An available shower or bathtub to bathe the dog.

  • Spare towels, 1-2 per dog.

  • A clear space you do not mind getting hairy for me to set up my grooming table and groom your dog. Garages, patios, large bathrooms, sunrooms, pool decks, etc work great. I may ask for photos before making the appointment.

  • Any areas utilized will be cleaned up by me before I leave.

  • Dogs must be 30lbs or less, non-aggressive, able to stand for the groom, able to be bathed and cannot be severely matted.

  • Dogs must also be okay with being dried with a high velocity blow dryer, not a regular hair dryer, as the dog must be completely dry after the bath for me to complete the groom.

  • Dogs must be be vaccinated for Rabies, Distemper-Parvo and Bordetella/Kennel Cough.

  • Dogs must be on flea/tick prevention.

  • I will not groom dogs that overly exceed 30lbs. I will bathe dogs of any size though.

  • I do not groom cats but I do offer nail trims.

  • I will not groom very elderly dogs or dogs with severe health issues. Feel free to ask me anyways if you are not sure!

  • I will not shave down matted/pelted dogs.

  • I will not negotiate on pricing. This is a luxury service as I am coming to you. I must also pay for the upkeep of my own equipment, insurance, supplies, taxes and gas.

  • Please note: if a dog will not allow me to complete any part of the groom such as plucking/cleaning the ears, expressing glands, or clipping the nails then I will not stress them out by trying to get it done. I will usually give it one or two attempts and if we have no luck we will have to try again at the next appointment or it may need to be performed at the vet.

HOW TO BOOK

  • NOTE: My working days are Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

  • I may possibly work other days but they also will often vary, don't hesitate to ask anyways!

Note the following:

  • Bookings must be approved by me so after you book I will contact you ASAP.

  • Please note that pricing varies for certain services and other services such as JUST nail trims I will not do unless there is multiple animals.

  • I will ask for vaccine info. Vaccine records must be emailed to [email protected]

  • All contact info is located on this page.

  • I accept Zelle, Cash or CashApp as payment.

AFTER YOU'VE BOOKED

  • Once your appointment has been booked you'll receive one confirmation text, and two reminders—one the week before the appointment and one the day before the appointment so you don't forget.

  • There will be the link to a waiver in your day-before reminder. Please read it carefully and sign, I will not groom or handle any animals without a signed waiver of consent.

  • If you need to cancel your appointment at any time please just contact me ASAP. I do not take deposits or have cancelation fees at this time.

  • Please brush your dog thoroughly to avoid dematting charges but if the knots/matts are too tight then please leave it to me so I can remove them safely.

  • You must be home the entire time during the appointment and inform me of whoever else may be in the home or coming to the home during the appointment. This is for safety reasons, thank you!
